Dubrovnik EXPO is a central event in the region that promotes education and brings together businesses, higher education institutions, youth and the general public with the aim of achieving cross-sectoral cooperation and establishing new business relationships and projects.
The Youth Career Center Dubrovnik is an organisation founded in 2015. with the aim of promoting career guidance and entrepreneurship among young people. Our goal is to raise awareness of the importance of lifelong learning, formal and non-formal education, as well as the development of personal and professional skills. We are a team of creative people with proven skills in writing and implementing EU projects that strive for the development of the community, also, we wholeheartedly design and implement projects and activities that open doors and opportunities for fellow citizens. The Center for Youth Careers Dubrovnik is one of the leading organisations in the field of writing and implementing European projects in many areas, such as education, social services, youth , public policies and entrepreneurship. In addition, our team has the knowledge and skills needed to organise various types of events in order to strengthen relationships with the community and the general public. We believe that the link between where you are now and where you want to be is education, whether formal or informal.

The STEM Zone at Dubrovnik EXPO is a meeting place for innovation, knowledge, and future careers. As one of the most prominent novelties of the programme, this zone brings together organisations, institutions, and projects that introduce young people to the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on experiences, interactive presentations, and inspiring encounters. The thematic content covers robotics, artificial intelligence, science popularisation, education, and practical engineering solutions — showing young people how dynamic, creative, and promising STEM is as a career path.
Spanning over 160 square metres, the STEM Zone offers a space for exploration, learning, and active participation. Visitors can discover innovative STEM projects, speak with representatives of organisations and institutions, and learn first-hand about the opportunities available in research, technology, and engineering. The zone's special value lies in its interactivity — young people are not merely observers, but active participants who ask questions, discover new interests, and gain a concrete glimpse into the world of STEM careers.
Beyond the exhibition area, Dubrovnik EXPO's STEM content is further enriched by the panel "STEM Revolution: Jobs of the Future", which explores skill development, shifts in the labour market, and the opportunities brought by modern technologies. This makes STEM at Dubrovnik EXPO not just a single-zone theme, but an important part of a broader conversation about education, employment, and the future of young people.
